Simply direct your order requests to our Eurofrequence service team or ask if you want to receive information about our products. For a secure and fast processing of your order by phone, our Eurofrequence service team will ask for the following information:
your customer number (if you are already a customer of the Eurofrequence Online Shop)
- your address (if you order for the first time in the Eurofrequence Online Shop or you do not have your customer number at hand)
- your preferred method of payment and the method of delivery
- If you have moved, please give us your new address in good time before placing an order.
- your date of birth to ensure that no person other than yourself uses your account and thus gets you into financial difficulties
- Please don't ask us to read out your account information. It is prohibited to our employees for security reasons.
- Please leave your phone number, so we can contact you if something goes wrong.
- Please leave your e-mail address, in case we can not reach you by phone.
- We guarantee not to use your data for malicious or non-consensual purposes - your data is purely for the smooth running, to send your order as soon as possible and to inform you in time.

All orders received until 13:00 clock will be processed on the same day and leave our warehouse not later than the next day, as long as there are no inconsistencies with your customer account or outstanding invoices. If your goods do not arrive as expected, call us please, so we can take care of your problem.
How would you like to pay?
The customer pays the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. He is required to register there. The customer receives more information when ordering.

With the advance payment option, the customer will receive our bank details in the order confirmation and we will deliver the goods after payment.
